I went to this store 16th April 2023, i ordered americano (tasted pathetic) wanted to claim my birthday month free coffee, informed the guy the same, then bought coffee beans and was eligible for another free coffee and ordered another coffee coz we were 3 visiting the store, it took about 20 minutes for them to do the billing for 3 coffees and still charged me for my free coffee, billing is a mess, when questioned billing guy says server issue system down, it is a mistake etc, did not try to rectify instead told me I can claim my birthday coffee later, why this mess, Manager standing there never made an attempt to check what the discussion is about...I love starbucks where I am coming from but in India it seems like customer service is still not into fashion, customer is still treated based on what they wear and how they look...sad state of reality...must look for local options for...

I recently visited Starbucks in Sainikpuri for the first time with a friend, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. The ambiance is inviting, with cozy interiors and soothing background music that sets the perfect mood for a relaxed coffee session.

I tried their holiday special Frappuccino, which was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious, while my friend opted for the classic hot cappuccino, which was equally impressive. Although the prices are undoubtedly on the higher side compared to regular coffee in the market, the quality and experience make it worthwhile.

The staff were warm and welcoming, making the visit even more enjoyable. They also offered us a Starbucks reward card with a 25% discount on our next three tall coffee selections, which was a pleasant surprise.

Overall, it was a wonderful outing, and I’m looking forward to...
