Subway Sainikpuri — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I'm a SUBWAY fan, no matter how far the location is, would love to walk into a 'Subway' outlet being on the roadside, airport or at a hidden basement, walking in and customising a portion of greeny healthy bite has always been a delight mostly while traveling abroad. But in the Indian Metro Cities, it's not that smooth nor so much of delight compared to the price we pay per portion.

Nor have I ever come across a smart Subway who understands my food need and makes something healthy. To my observation, the Subway Stuffs are always overworked and frustrated unpleasant in India.

For example this unit of A.S.RaoNagar in Hyderabad was always full yet unprofessional until COVID 2019, but when I walked into the same place after years for a few consecutive noons, definitely it has improved and become better than before but still a long way to go.

It's major issue is hygiene - flies, mixing style using fingers, not wearing masks, and speaking while preparing - this is frustrating to how dirty the place is and this is a major concern.

I strongly recommend SUBWAY to do a survey and if necessary please cancel the franchisee if not working out well - don't charge international standards and provide stored...

Extremely dissatisfied with the subway delivered to me. Here are the list of issues i had in my order when I ordered through SEIGGY t 1pm today.

I did not receive the choice of bread. I had ordered parmesan oregano and got wheat bread. I wanted southwest and mayonnaise on one of my subs but got sweet onion as well (mixed up sauces between subs). We mentioned cheese and toasted, but it was barely toasted and had no cheese. One of the subs was a paneer tikka sub. The paneer was barely heated. I am certain because the heated paneer melts a little bit. These were hard pieces. I doubt they even heated the added protein. Last but not least, very less quantity of vegetables. When you order just 3 veggies, we expect more of the same. My moms veggie delight was almost twice as big as the one we ordered in the same order.

Firstly the food was not fresh at all the veggies are day before and the shami patty was also not fresh .This is my worst experience ever, cause I ordered 2 shami sub I thought he was making the sub for other not for me , he didnt even ask my choices and proceed to make my sandwich he didn't ask what bread,what vegetables, he had simply asked eat way or take wake then he is giving it my hand the I asked to remake it Lastly they dont even have a 80rs change, the proud servers cant look into my face and talk as if I did a mistake , they have zero patience to talk with the customer because I asked what sauces do they have he just asked simply sweet or spicy, simply sandwich was floating...
