Aditya Park Sarovar Portico Hyderabad - 4 Star — Hotel in Hyderabad

We had terrible experience at this hotel. They are calling when enroute on plane to Hyderabad that they want to cancel the booking due to maintenance. However, after some bad mouthing we secured the room as we were travelling from Bangalore. Reached the hotel with heavy traffic and receptionist appeared confused about the booking. After some time she said did you book via simpleton and we said no as we booked on their own website. We book breakfast along the booking and the receptionist confidently said we didn't book and few men came who appeared like goondas and with increased voice telling breakfast is not booked. After abit of argument and showing them the evidence they accepted. Then we asked we also booked one extra mattress just in case as we went with baby and again the same problem repeated and after providing the evidence the men accepted. The reception woman is telling us if we use anything from the fridge it's chargeable as if we are not aware of this and this is not out first time in hotel our entire life and when we went to check the fridge was empty. As we came with baby, all decent hotels offer free milk, and whenever we order milk for baby the restaurant sent the bills and next day morning decent lady at reception agreed to waive off. The hotel staff didn't had their name badges or I would have liked to name and shame them. So overall this place is making bookings but unwelcoming to the customers and request people to think and book this hotel for...

I had booked rooms here 45 days prior to my stay. Once I reached after attending hectic marriage celebrations, I checked in at 9.30pm, 21 Dec 2020. Yes late check-in. And nobody bothers to carry my 6 luggages. After requesting also no response so we took them ourself. And I had requested large bed in my booking itself as I had kid to sleep with us. But once I see the room there was two single beds!! So I called reception to change, he says ok and no response for 15mins and I kept reminding 3-4 times that we were still waiting to fresh up once they change room. Next call I made and reception cuts the call!! Now manager (Abhay) calls and says they cannot change room. And it's based on availability, and argues at 11pm. Then what's the benifit of me requesting 45days in advance??? For fun? Later they upgraded room to get large bed. Then we made our kid sleep at 12.30am and ordered dinner by swiggy at 1am..!! Complimentary Breakfast was pathetic, you better can have street side idli or dosa. You call for any room service they take ages to respond. Reception staff don't respect you.
