This is my first visit to this restaurant... I don't know what did I asked wrong... I just asked hot water... The waiter started arguing with me like I asked something which more worthy the time... Nd he said us like they don't serve hot water!!!! I don't know weather they don't have fuel to make water hot or don't have mindset to serve people with good hospitality... I ordered a chopsey I asked them to customise but they agained replied like we don't serve like that.... I ordered curd rise and asked not to put salt, again replied like we don't serve like that... I don't know wethere I should eat like how I wish or as per the wish of the hotel.... I will not recommend anybody to eat here... Worst and very bad hospitality.... If anybody wants to eat as per the wish of the hotel even though u like it or...

The experience was worst, we just visited. They won't even wait till you finish your meal. They will start removing all the items before completing the meal. We 8 friends visited, We were having Biryani at Lunch, as soon as one of our friends finsihed his meal they started removing all the items(Including curries, biryani..etc) from the table while the others were still having. Such a disgusting thing. And finally at the billing they were charging more than MRP for water bottles and when questioned they were like this is our menu price, pay the amount as per our menu and according to them they can sell items by keeping any price on their menu irrespective of MRP.

PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY...

I had a Very bad experience at this hotel recently. Food delivery boys behaviour is very rude at hotel for parcel section as well as parking staff behaviour is also very rude. Taken prawns biryani family pack parcel taste is so bad I think they cooked 2 to 3 days back food which was kept in freezer. Take away parcel section staff not listening to customer choice for cooking the food they r very reckless as well they r also commenting the customers These people charging GST on parcels also which is not earlier

I personally request management to check the behaviour of staff and teach them how to behave with...

The restaurant lost its previous charm i guess. Food tastes bad and quality is bad too. Worst part is even the tiffin center outside which i think belongs to suruchi only, even that became bad. So will never visit again. It was one of the best restaurants before and i used to visit it since many years. The ambience was good and food taste and price were also good. I wish the restaurant sees this review and get back to their original form. Edited part: This is regarding the recent order i placed. The takeaway order. The taste and service was good. So editing the review based of taste of food.

The taste is like okay type.The staff seemed a bit rude.When we asked them to make the biryani spicy,his response seemed a bit arrogant and the place looked so gloomy inside to have.I went there with a lot of expectations as I once ordered Veg biryani online and the taste was almost like the best one I had till date and hoping the same,I had to visit it.But it wasn't even a bit same this time and after encountering everything,I now understood that they tend to provide us okay type of taste.So no high expectations,just expect a simpler n subtle taste.

When I asked a waiter showing some cockroaches roaming around his replied saying (mai kya karun sab, owner/ manager ku sab pata hai vo log kuch nai karthe) disgusting management when you don't know how to maintain close your business. Guys Don't visit this restaurant.
