Swiss Castle Bakery, Kothapet — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Swiss Castle is the only go to place for us now for Birthday cakes! We have used Karachi in Malakpet, Just Bake when it was open in Chaitanyapuri!

We recently got at least 5 birthday cakes over the last few months from the Kothapet Swiss Castle and every time the cakes have been very tasty and well done!

For my son's birthday we recently ordered a solar system 2kg cake and it was very well done and was delectable! We requested to use less fondant and they did a good job!

Custom cake per price is 1200 per kg and minimum is 1 kg I think!

There is enough parking on the street and only few stairs to get into the store! No Wheelchair access yet!

The other items we always buy are the chocolate cup cakes, pastries and the fudge cakes! All the items always are tasty and sweet enough!

I recently ordered a 3kg cake from Swiss Castle Bakery and paid Rs. 3.3k in advance. The cake we received matched the image sent by them, but unfortunately, the cake went out of shape and had two slight cracks. When we inquired about this, the delivery person attributed it to overcooling. Despite mentioning that I would leave a review, there was no apology or acknowledgment from their side regarding the issue.

I was initially disappointed with the appearance of the cake, especially since it was for my kid's birthday. However, the taste of the cake was exceptional. Everyone at the party loved it, and the delicious flavor somewhat made up for the mishap. The taste is what one expects from Swiss Castle Bakery, and they certainly did not disappoint in that regard.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Kothapet branch due to the extremely poor customer service. The store in-charge was unprofessional and rude throughout the interaction, showing absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction. Instead of assisting with my query, their behavior was dismissive and unhelpful, making the entire visit unpleasant. It’s unfortunate to see such a lack of basic courtesy and customer care at a reputed establishment. I expected better treatment and a more respectful approach. In fact, the branch incharge himself encouraged me to write a negative review as he cannot improve his performance.
