Extremely Disappointed with My Cake Order

I had good expectations for a special birthday cake that I ordered for ₹6000, but unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. I chose this place specifically for their ability to replicate a certain font and cake style. They assured me they could handle the custom design, but the end result was far from what I expected.

First off, the "ribbon" they used was a plastic one with staples, definitely not edible and completely out of place on a cake. The font, which they promised to deliver exactly as requested, was also completely different from what I had envisioned.

To make matters worse, when I raised these issues with them, they couldn't provide a proper explanation or any meaningful solution. Overall, this was a huge letdown, and I would not recommend this place for special occasions. Save your money...
