Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Hyderabad

The outlet at Marredpally has been a disappointment to say the least. To start off, not a single table was cleaned after the customers had left which was very unhygenic as new customers walk in to dine. After asking to staff to clear the tables for us to sit, We noticed every table had tissue paper stuck to it and had stains on all over. AC was not turned on until we requested them to. There is no hand wash facility, there is a sanitizer bottle which is not neat, the chairs were full of dust and overall the cleaning and supervision of this place is abysmal. The person who take orders in the counter has the worst temper and attitude and the customers should be suggested about the item . After ordering rasmalai he removed from the frozen area and got it heated in oven and saying any restaurant in Hyderabad gets the same way. Being a Hyderabadi he teaches us what sort of food we get in restaurant. And he should be taught to talk properly with the customers and ordered bout better he just added blue colour and served in the bottle adding just soda and charging 150 rs for nothing . I ordered chicken fried Darjeeling momos it was so oily When I took a bite the oil was dripping out of the momo when we complained he mentioned the fried momo would taste the same I knew the momo wasn’t good because I have tasted fried momos multiple times however the receptionist asked us to place another item which is satisfying the same amount which we paid for the fried momo we ordered tandoori chicken Chicken was smelling I don’t think chicken was fresh
