Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I am visiting wow momos malakpet since it's inception in 2022 .. Been there multiple times almost fornightly I had an experience which was so frustrating Visited the outlet on 23/7/2025 at 4:30pm There was a single lady at the counter and no customers Right from the time I entered she kept a bored and unwelcoming expression (never experienced this before... In fact I personally know so many cheerful sales persons in wow) She said no cash only online u pay I said ok She said no other qr code u just order online She told me to download wow eats I already had it I was about to place order asked her to guide me She said I dont know anything Don't ask me I was so frustrated She didn't WANT customers She didn't want to get up frm her seat and serve Working for the reputed franchise she behaved so unprofessionally No fear... No accountability.... Just she allowed me to walk out because she doesn't...

Dated :08-11-2024 10 pm My go to place for momos is wow momos from a very long time. Sad to see their staff lowering the standards of food and service. I think they started serving gulab jamun and rasmalai, so after my meal i wanted to try sweet, i have ordered both I saw hair strands inside gulab jamun, staff is not even apologizing for that eventually confirmed that it must be the packing that they have got from their supplier. Rasmalai was frozen totally, Like a stone For god sake do not serve when you cannot serve in time or inform that its all frozen its going to take time.serving frozen rasmalai is not correct. I left that on table

One of staff was all shouting in mobile using very bad words, it was making people uncomfortable.

I recently dined at this restaurant where I ordered steamed Darjeeling momo and chicken Thukpa. The momo arrived promptly, but unfortunately, the Thukpa took quite some time to be served. Despite exercising patience, the wait was considerable. When the Thukpa finally arrived, its appearance was unappetizing, and sadly, its taste matched. After only a few spoons, my dining experience took a turn for the worse when I discovered a small cockroach in my soup. Understandably, this was extremely off-putting. I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone, despite its reputation for delicious momo. The lack of hygiene in the kitchen is concerning, and I believe improvements are necessary to ensure the safety and...
