Biggies Burger : Malakpet ( Hyderabad ) — Restaurant in Hyderabad

On the occasion of diwali I visited biggies burger Malakpet branch so I ordered 2 peri peri paneer wraps and in the menu it was clearly mentioned that if we take 1 wrap the price will be 169₹and of we take 2 wraps we will get those 2 wraps for 259. And the. Billing guy billed 169x2 that is 338and+16₹gst total it was 354 wraps and i asked him that why u charges me 354 rupees you are supposed to bill the amount of 259+16=275 including gst and the billing guywas so rude the he told me I don’t know about the prices I simply billed them if u want to eat or else get out of my store the billing . My expectations were very high on this store but I’m fully upset and at last he dint returned my 80₹ back to me that store staff was very bad...

Definitely not the worth of taste, price and review! (NOT SO BIGGIE! AS SHE CLAIMS!!)

I was surprised by the reviews on google and tried 4 varieties of veg burgers for the first time (Take away). Here's my review on veg burgers:

I've ordered paneer twisted burger, but was given with grilled paneer burger. lack of basic flavours in all 4. They tasted bland. lack of sauces. All burgers were dry. not so big as they claim. Just the standard size like other burgers. very pricey!!! Just 4 VEG BURGERS costed me 951₹ (including GST + handling charges 20₹ extra).

I'd prefer McD/Leon's/other competitor's burger next time. I'm pretty unsure to try nonveg burgers from...

I have purchased "The Original spicy chicken burger" & "Paneer Twisted Burger" yesterday. They have provided me Chocolava cake for free with my order.

Paneer Twisted burger was excellent but chicken burger is not so good and the patties used in it doesn't taste fresh as it tastes little odd.

I have taken fries as well. But they were too salty.

Hospitality and service was good by the staff.

There are positives as well as negatives. Hope you will rectify the mistakes.
