I was visiting my cousin's place in indore. He suggested that we go to this place as the pizza here is amazing. We went & most of the tables there were tidy and sticky, we had to switch the table thrice to get the cleaner one. Now come to the ambience, the place was decent but there was too much crowd and the person at the billing counter + the waiter were careless and it seemed like they didn't give a damn if I am the customer or not. All the staff seemed ARROGANT. The owner needs to work on the staff and their behaviour otherwise they'll spoil the customer base and bring the restaurant down. We ordered - half & half 16" pizza 'THE LOCAL & GREEK' order arrived after 20-25 minutes. The taste was quite good, unique and different no doubt, compared to the pizza's I have had in Delhi since childhood from various italian cafes and pizza outlets. Along with the pizza they serve basil dip, you can either spread it over the pizza or dip and eat it. I had it for the first time and it was a unique concept too. Again I asked the waiter if they had ketchup, they denied it straight away "humare yaha ketchup nahi hota yeh dip hai isse kha lo". I understand that you're trying to keep it 'authentic' but try understanding the Indian crowd and their taste. (Ketchup is not available it is also mentioned by other reviewers so you can MAYBE keep the ketchup for the selected crowds?) & try to put the oregano herbs seasoning instead of leafy ones. We had leftover two big slices which we asked the waiter to pack it, he smartly put it in an envelope with both slices on top of each other, we asked him to pack it in box he lied that I have put the foil in between the slice I asked to open it & show me he hesitated then another of his saviour colleague told us that let me pack it in a box. (This was after we had paid the bill and the packing charges were added in the bill.) Might not visit the place next time. ❌

Hello Guys, Visited the place, was excited to visit The GroundBaking Co. as i heard they serve some really good large pizza. I was also curious about the name they have The GroundBaking Co. but un fortunately i didnt get to know how they got this name, will visit to know that. The place is located near simi's bakery vijay nagar 54 scheme, Its a house normal ambiance, Yellow walls, paintings and black-board on the wall, wooden sitting. The menu is quite small and clear which i liked they have beverages, milk shakes and pizza. When i visited they didn't had any shakes, so we ended up in ordering pizza and beverage. Now talking about the food i ordered, All In 20 inch Pizza, they took around 20 minutes to serve us the pizza, The pizza was gigantic, i was shocked to see large pizza like that, When you see it in picture it doesnt looks that large but when u see it in real it is very large. The pizza was really good in taste, after eating a lot at dominoes and pizza hut, this was totally different experience, somewhat inherited from western culture which was needed here, one thing i also came to know that you can have two pizza into one, both half with a different toppings. The thing that i didnt liked was they dont serve ketchup with pizza, well i myself love to have pizza with chilly flakes and ketchup over it, otherwise it feels in complete. Overall Service is good, atmosphere is quiet, Food is tasty, The place is perfect for pizza lovers, The only thing that i will suggest them is to have ketchup, coz there a lot of people like me who would get disappointed in having pizza without ketchup. Overall Recommended.

Thinking of Pizza? Check out The Groundbaking Company. If you are in Indore and you love thin crust pizza, then Groundbaking Company is the place to visit. They serve New York style, thin crust pizzas with toppings like broccoli, egg, different types of mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, spinach and more. I have tried all the Pizzas served under the New York style pizza category. I am yet to explore their Nepolitan Style pizzas, but going by my experience, I am pretty sure that they'll be good. Another thing that I absolutely love about GBC Pizzas is their size. The pizzas are available in 12", 16" and 20". An absolute delight for Pizza lovers like me. Other than Pizzas GBC serves a long list of beverages, shakes and coffees too. I had tried their Triple Berry Shake and I loved it. It was moderately sweet and the berry syrup did not overpower the taste. The consistency was thick and a glass full can be quite filling for a person with an average appetite. I had shared my shake with a friend and that's why I could eat the Popeye Pizza and their Herbed Chesse Garlic Bread. Talking about the ambience, GBC has a very calm and cozy vibe. Its lined-lighting gives its outdoor seating a very happy, light-hearted appeal. I personally like to sit outside and enjoy my pizzas. But for the ones who like to stay indoors, GBC also has an indoor seating space. In my 7 yrs. of visiting GBC I have never had an issue with their service or the quality of the food. This is why, I keep going back again and again. If you also like to explore and relish Pizzas, then do give this place a visit. Your experience will be worth it. Enjoy!

The much raved pizzas of Groundbaking Co. totally live up to their reputation. They're damn delicious. They're authentic and fresh in taste. Fresh to the bits that their ingredients are handpicked, the pizza sauce is not a preservative, it is prepared in the kitchen, the base's dough is kneaded everyday in specific limits and that's why, a lot of days, this place is completely sold out too.

They offer a half and half pizza option, which I think is the best thing that you can do to somebody who wants to try variety!

Our orders: We had a half and half 20" Roasted Garlic and Popeye pizza, a half and half 12" Mushroom Madness and Four Cheese pizza and a 10" Margherita pizza.

The pizzas are worth the drive till this place and definitely worth the price, too. They taste fresh, unlike other pizzerias (including the popular pizza chains). The crust is thin and well cooked, and the toppings are generous.

For beverages, we also ordered the Death Wish and Lemon Iced Tea. The Iced tea was good. Unlike the other places of Indore, the iced tea was freshly brewed. I liked it. Trust me, it's a rare thing in this city to receive a freshly brewed iced tea. Most of the places serve the NesTea. :/ But, here, one sip of the iced tea and you'll know that it is not that. Such a refreshing feeling! Though the Death wish was passable. They have some cold drinks to offer that go well with pizzas, except for the other variety of beverages. Give the Blueberry cheesecake a try!

Keeping no ketchup is a great choice, chef! Brownie points for this one.

There's no place in Indore which serves pizzas as good as this one. So if you come across any pizza lover, craving for a good pizza (or two!), you...
