Asanzo Fast Food Restaurant (Pure Veg) — Restaurant in Jabalpur

Welcome to the world of consumerism where it seems that if a place has good rating then actually it's good..Don't believe it this is dubious. Today I visited this place around 9.00 pm for dinner with family, as it was Saturday the ground floor of the resturant was full so I thought let's go upstairs as it seems empty. As soon as I have gone upstairs and started looking for seat where to sit, the first thing I was told to go downstairs in an untoward manner and with wrong words that the place is reserved section. Ok I thought let's have a chat with manager but then came second shock. The person handling the cash register down simply asked me to go and look for manager myself as he was busy. When I enquired why there are no such markings that upper floor is for reservation only and why there is no one standing downstairs to give the information that first floor is only for reserved section . Again there was the same reply that i should go look for manager myself as he was very busy. Gone are the days where business places had values like customer is first, now it's simply how much they can extort from you in the name of service charges. They don't have basic sense on how to provide a service or deal...

This is a very sexist restaurant. They ask women to get up and take their order on their own but for men they will serve on their table. Me and my colleague were regular there when we started noticing this. Even, if we were eating in between a waiter will come and ask for us to pick up our order from the counter but for males they would always serve it on table. When we notice it first time, we ignored giving them benefit of doubt, then we started on noticing on regular basis. They will never ask a male whether they are sitting alone or in group, they will always deliver their order on table but for females their policy is different. I confronted them about the same, they started giving excuses, saying they only do it for old people. I showed them 4 men they served coffee on their table just before asking me to get my order from counter and asked them who looks old among them. Apparently, serving women is beyond their miniature ego.

Recist behaviour by staff , this restaurant has self service facility but they serve to customer if their order splits in multiple food item if customer looking rich and beautiful then they will serve to them otherwise they will ask you to take your order from counter. It happened with me on 2 aug 2023 (order id148) first i picked up my food from counter and rest 2 item yet to come, I was eating but waiter came to my table and asked to pick rest of your items , i asked to manager why are you doing such partiality ,u are serving in table for some customers and asking me to pick from counter.
