This is for the owner of this place, I am fairly regular to your cafe and I love it. I have never faced any issues and it is my go to place for calmness and tranquility. But yesterday after insisting that staff plays music in cafe instead of cricket match we were having good time when around 5pm one gentleman came to cafe and asked to reduce the volume of music, after it was bare minimum (being considerate to his request)he still insisted to reduce it further disrupting the whole vibe. He insisted that he has certain meeting to attend to, now we also have jobs, do hard work plus after a long shift at hospital one can only look forward to sit at a cafe, enjoy music and conversations which we could not because of this person who apparently was also a regular customer so the staff members too did not intervene. He also had issues with children, people playing cards, I appreciate the place a lot but this is my question to you that what kind of public do you expect to come at your cafe because if such behaviour continues it is going to get difficult for people like us to enjoy. I hope suitable actions will be...
Read moreVisited Cafe Toscana recently, and while the ambiance gives a great first impression, the experience was extremely disappointing due to poor service and substandard food.
The place seemed understaffed, with service being slow in both taking and delivering orders. I had ordered the Tres Formaggio Pizza, but what I was served was horrible — it looked and tasted like a basic cheese pizza you’d get from a street stall, nowhere close to what was promised. To make it worse, the pizza took over 40 minutes to arrive, as I was told the first one had been burnt, and what I received next was undercooked (image attached for reference).
The Nutella Shake and Sautéed Vegetables were okay but nothing to rave about. And the experience was further spoiled by Neeraj’s unfriendly and rude attitude, which felt completely unprofessional.
Overall, behind the beautiful setting lies badly managed service and disappointing food quality. With such standards, it’s hard to...
Read moreToscana is a hidden gem that offers an exceptional dining experience. I was initially hesitant about trying their nachos, but they turned out to be absolutely delightful—truly a must-try! The ambiance is reminiscent of Himachal's serene vibes, making it a cozy spot to unwind.
For soccer enthusiasts, this place is a paradise. The walls are adorned with tributes to Messi and other legendary players, and you can always catch live soccer matches on the TV, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.
The food is undeniably authentic and delicious. We indulged in their pizza, nachos, tomato soup, and white sauce pasta—all crafted to perfection. While the menu features traditional Italian names, I’ve mentioned the dishes as we commonly know them for convenience.
If you’re a true Italian food lover, Toscana is a must-visit destination. It promises great flavors, a unique vibe, and a...
