Atrocious behaviour from the staff after a nice meal - we liked the food, but will never come here again because the service was inexcusable. They completely ruined our night.

When it came time to pay, their credit card machines were down - they passed the machine to us, but there was an X through the Wifi symbol and our credit cards wouldn't work - the machine very clearly said "CONNECTION ERROR". The staff immediately started treating us as though we were scammers, even though the machines were very obviously at fault. A group of staff members crowded my friend (as I don't speak Hindi) asking for UPI - neither of us have it, though, so they demanded that we contact a friend or family member who could process the UPI. They left for a few minutes, and then a server came back with the credit card machine, TOOK MY FRIEND'S CARD, AND STARTED RUNNING IT WHILE MY FRIEND WAS TELLING HIM MULTIPLE TIMES TO STOP. At this point we were in the middle of having a relative send the UPI payment, but the server initially ignored my friend and then hovered over his phone so he could read the phone messages. We were finally able to cancel the relative's UPI payment and my friend was able to pay (with a staff member hovering over the machine, watching my friend type in his passkey). Even though at this point it was 100% provably the machine's fault, we were still treated poorly by the staff as we left.

Any good restaurant would have understood the problem was on their end, apologized for the inconvenience, and come back when the wifi connection was re-established. Not this restaurant, though. Enjoy the food, but come at your own...

We went to this place several times but the pics I am uploading is from 2023. This is a heritage look property which is located on main Moti doongri road in Pilva Garden, just beside the Town’s end cafe.

As you enter you will find lot of greenery with a garden and the main building where you can enjoy on ground floor , 1st floor, terrace as per choice.

The place is very nice.. the ambience is aesthetic and premium class. They have hanged hats on terrace which is very unique and looks picturesque. The modern industrial Restro Bar look with their great collection of in-house brewed craft beers makes it’s a perfect place to enjoy craft beers. We had tried the testers and then ordered the mango beer. It was too good

The staff is very polite and helpful. The service is also very good and prompt

They have used a mix of Iron and Wooden Furniture for their indoor and outdoors sitting Some designs are industrial modern inspired and some are heritage inspired. But it’s comfortable.

You must visit if you want to enjoy great food and drinks.

We went to the clock tower restaurant in Jaipur. It has a lovely lighted atmosphere and welcomes visitors with a lush green entrance with creepers entangled in an arch to give a marvelous impression,The restaurant has two floors and is mostly made of woodwork theme, which shines in balanced lighting it is a bar and two floor restaurant,They have a projector that shows cricket matches to the guests, It was a pleasant summer evening therefore we chose to sit outside on an extended terrace, the terrace was beautifully decorated with curtains and green creepers, we were warmly greeted by restaurant's Steward Jitendra Ji, he explained us the menu and the dishes, he was very knowledgeable and helpfull,We ordered a chicken tikka pizza and a safed murg kalimirch. The chicken tikka pizza was a tasty combination of marinara and Indian spices, tossed with barbecued chicken, melted mozzarella, and herbs, and it tasted more like butter chicken pieces, which gave it a wonderful flavour. The safed murg kalimirch was chicken pieces marinated in white creamy gravy with a dominant black pepper.
