I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my recent order Order ID: 134 placed on 6 Sep, 2024 from the Mansarovar store in Jaipur.

I placed my order at 7:19 PM, expecting a timely delivery, as my address is only 2 km away from the Mansarovar store. However, the order was not delivered until 9:10 PM, almost two hours later. This is far beyond the acceptable delivery time frame and significantly disrupted my plans.

During this period, I attempted to contact your customer service team multiple times, but I received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with a situation where the delivery is severely delayed.

To make matters worse, when I personally went to the Mansarovar store to inquire about my order, I was misinformed by the staff that the order was already on its way. The tracking system showed that the order was "out for delivery" for 35 minutes, yet no delivery was made until much later. This miscommunication and the overall experience have left me very frustrated.

As a loyal customer who regularly orders from Domino's, I am extremely disappointed by this incident. I believe this situation could have been handled much better, both in terms of the delivery time and the communication from your team.
