I told the counter boy to add a pepsi, but when I went to recieve the order, the order giver said that pepsi is not there in your order. I again had to wait for 5 minutes in a queue to purchase a pepsi.
Now about the taste of the pizza, the topping, crust everything was okay, but the main and special thing, cheese burst was not adequate. The price for that Extra cheese burst we are paying is not value for money, the burst is less to nothing. Am really disappointed with the quality that Domino's is now giving to its customers, the rate you guys are charging is same but the quality of your products is degrading day on day.
I think it's time for me to stop eating at Domino's. From last 2-3 times I am facing some kind of disappointment. I always thought that let's give a chance again, maybe this time Domino's will stand on providing full satisfaction, but everytime Domino's fail in achieving the same.
Also, after I completed eating my meal, I went to the counter to take the complete printed bill, in which item wise price is written, the counter boy gave me the wrong bill - No 31, like I don't know whether the ears of the counter boy is detected, they don't listen the customer properly, and they don't even apology.
Staff is like one customer will go, another customer will come, it's like now you guys don't give a f**k whether the customer is satisfied or not, your brand already got a fame so you know that customers will automatically step-in to your stores.
Call me, I want to talk to a Domino's...

Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at Domino’s. The staff member, Shankar, was extremely unprofessional and his behavior was pathetic. His attitude lacked basic courtesy and customer service skills, which completely ruined the experience. I expect Domino’s to maintain better service standards, and this was far below acceptable.
We waited for more than two hours for our order, and finally I had to send my husband to pick it up.
