Absolutely Terrible Experience – Never Staying Here Again Unwelcoming and Rude Staff: From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel unwelcome. Their attitude was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. They seemed annoyed at even the simplest of requests. Inhumane Treatment Regarding Baby’s Milk: We asked for help warming up baby milk, a basic and essential request, especially when traveling with an infant. Shockingly, they outright refused to assist. This lack of empathy was both unacceptable and appalling. Demanded Money for Early Check-In Without Delivering a Room: We arrived early and requested an early check-in. Despite having rooms available, they insisted on charging extra for it and still didn’t provide us with a room after taking the money. We were left waiting in the lobby for hours. No Assistance Upon Arrival – Lights Out and No Help with Luggage: Before check-in, we called ahead to confirm everything was ready, but upon arrival, there was no one to assist us with our luggage. To make things worse, the lights were out, leaving us to struggle in complete darkness with our bags. No Lift – A Complete Disgrace: The building doesn’t even have a lift, which is absurd for a place calling itself a hotel. Climbing stairs with luggage and elderly parents was a nightmare. No Power Backup – A Nightmare for Guests: The hotel faced a power outage during our stay, and there was no backup system in place. We had to climb down multiple flights of stairs in the dark using our phone’s flashlight. This was extremely unsafe and inconvenient. Disregard for Elderly Guests: We were traveling with senior citizens who suffer from arthritis, and yet we were given a room on the third floor with no elevator service during the power outage. It was incredibly inconsiderate and physically challenging for them to manage. Loud Music All Night: To make matters worse, there was loud music playing throughout the night, making it impossible to get any sleep. It felt more like staying in a nightclub than a hotel. This level of noise was extremely annoying and unacceptable. Misleading Description – It’s Not a Hotel, It’s a Restaurant and Bar: The biggest disappointment was realizing this isn’t a proper hotel at all. It’s primarily a restaurant and bar, with some rooms awkwardly added on. The focus is clearly on the bar and restaurant, not on guest comfort or hospitality.
Conclusion: This so-called hotel utterly failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. They lacked compassion, efficiency, and professionalism at every level. It’s misleading, unsafe, and unfit for families or elderly travelers. Avoid...
Read moreBritish tourist reviewing. Wanting to eat early, this is one of the few we found open before 7pm which met our quality expectations. We were the only people there (people eat late in India) but the staff were accommodating. All the food we had tasted good our only issue was with communication We ordered nachos as a sharing starter with an aribiatta ravioli pasta and lamb chops as our mains. The pasta came out with the Nachos. We asked if the lamb chops came with any sides, we were told no, so we ordered a side of chips. The chips came after the nachos and pasta on their own. The lamb chops came out circa 20 mins later (we were anticipating the delay for cooking the lamb chops). Moreover, the lamb chops came with mash, asparagus, broccoli, tomatoes and the gravy. Basically, we didn’t need the chips. Putting this aside, we enjoyed the meal. I would just recommend being very clear, or ordering as you go along, otherwise accept food will come when it’s ready, in whatever order. We ended our meal with Tiramisu which we enjoyed. We weren’t drinking on the night but the drinks menu was extensive. The garden venue is stunning. You can hear the screeching of the trains from the railway nearby but it’s a city in India - there is always noise! I can’t remember the exact cost but I remember it being no more than £40 so call it 4,500 rupees for ease including taxes and 2 bottles of mineral water we drank. Compared to the hotels this is reasonably priced and we enjoyed it more than the hotel meals. Hopefully this review helps others book here on their travels to Jaipur. PS Dyore is a restaurant bar so it had DJs. On the right night, I am sure it’s a popular and fun bar to visit, if you’re looking for a...
Read moreStepping into the vibrant atmosphere of Dyore, I instantly felt the pulsating energy and excitement in the air. The thumping beats from the DJ booth beckoned me onto the dance floor, where my friends and I unleashed our inner dancers. The music seemed to resonate with every fiber of my being as I let go of inhibitions and surrendered to the rhythm.
As the night progressed, we found ourselves caught up in a whirlwind of laughter, joy, and camaraderie. The club's neon lights illuminated our euphoric expressions, amplifying the electric atmosphere. We moved in perfect sync with the music, our bodies swaying and grooving as if choreographed.
In between dance-offs and high-fives, I decided to try one of Dyore's signature drinks. The bartender crafted a concoction called "LIT," and it lived up to its name. Served in a glowing glass, the drink was a delightful fusion of tropical flavors, tingling my taste buds with every sip. It was an explosion of sweetness and tanginess, perfectly complementing the exhilarating vibes of the club.
With the LIT drink in hand, I continued to dance the night away, my senses heightened by the energetic ambiance. The pulsating lights, infectious music, and the company of my amazing friends created an unforgettable experience. Dyore had indeed become a sanctuary of fun, where I lost myself in the moment, free from the worries of the outside world.
As the night drew to a close, my friends and I left Dyore with unforgettable memories, sore feet from dancing, and hearts filled with joy. It was a night that reminded us of the power of music, friendship, and the magic that can unfold on a...
