my yesterday visit to Jaipur, I stumbled upon an absolute gem – Robin’s Kitchen, tucked away but unforgettable. The mutton here? Unmatched. ordered their Mutton , and from the very first bite, I knew I was experiencing something special. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender, slow-cooked to perfection, and richly infused with traditional Rajasthani spices. Each mouthful was a flavor explosion – earthy, robust, and balanced with a mild heat that lingered just right. What stood out was the depth of the curry – not overly oily, but luxuriously rich, as if it had been simmered for hours (it probably had). The portion was generous, the aroma intoxicating, and the authenticity? Undeniable.

I would give 5 stars to Mr. Robin for his hospitality. But other than that we did not find the food and service to our expectations. I informed in advance that we've come especially for mutton.. but lal maans was not at all good... Later Mr. Robin said that mostly above 50 (age) guest come and mutton spices are according to them .. (Never expected such an excuse, order karne se pehle bata dete) Chicken changezi was average... We were served cold rotis in beginning (they served hot when we gave a feedback)

We just wanted to share how much we enjoyed the food—especially the mutton, which was absolutely outstanding. It was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were beautifully balanced. It truly matched our expectations and exactly the kind of soulful cooking we were hoping for.

A special thanks for putting so much heart into it. Personally, I loved the mutton—it was rich, tender, and full of depth. My wife really enjoyed the chicken and couldn’t stop talking about how well the flavors came through.
