I Ordered a custom birthday cake for rs.4000. They did such a rush job, no proper butterflies, no proper clouds and tilted rainbow. 3 hours before they promise they will fix it, but they did not even touch it. They don't even have a proper place to store big cakes and do not have proper size boxes to pack. On asking, they were not even willing to give a spare box to cover the cake. I have to carry it all the way open in the car. At venue the rainbow broke and fell off. I already told them during the pickup that this could happen as I can see the rainbow was not holding up well, to which they reply "if it breaks we will refund you the whole amount". I would have rated negative if given a chance. Worst bakery in Jaipur. I have always thought that being an old and renowned place they would be good. Brought a big cake for an event in November'21. Pethatic service, instructions given for cake were completely ignored- color, size and even a note on it. They didn't even had a proper box to pack the cake. Taste of the cake was also not good and lots of people at the event shared negative feedback for the Sunrise bakery. Owner was rude and arrogant. He not only shouting around on the employees but also behaved rudely with the customers. Strict no.❌ to this place.
