Visited 2o2 for lunch with high expectations, especially after a good past experience — but sadly, this visit was a complete letdown, and likely our last.

While the space is aesthetically beautiful and well-designed, the service and food quality were shockingly poor. The staff was untrained, disorganized, and painfully slow. Orders were taken without being written down, which led to wrong dishes being served. When we pointed it out, we were told “ho jaata hai”, and another staff member even argued with us, claiming we had ordered what was served — highly unprofessional.

We ordered the Brownie Shake, Veggie Roll, and Focaccia Sandwich — and unfortunately, all three fell flat. The bread in the sandwich was not authentic focaccia — it was just some random maida bread, lacking the texture, flavor, and richness you’d expect. The food was overall bland, not thoughtfully prepared, and portion sizes were too small, even for one person.

The most disappointing part was the lack of basic hygiene and etiquette. While clearing the table, a staff member actually returned a used dip bowl to the serving counter, which was unacceptable. On top of that, cleaning staff was sweeping the floor and grooming the premises right next to our table while we were eating — completely ruining the dining experience.

One redeeming aspect was the person managing the parking zone — friendly, attentive, and helpful, making the arrival experience smooth and welcoming.
