Did not have a good experience here. We (a family of four) embarked on a 10 day trip within Rajasthan. This was the fourth hotel we stayed at and compared to the other hotels, it was bad. List of cons:
Firstly, it's not even a hotel but somebody's home (homestay basically) which means it lacks a lot of hotel amenities I called before going and confirmed of their was private parking. They said yes but made us park outside in a very unsafe, isolated spot They claimed on call that they have an in-house restaurant but on our very first day (after a 10 hour long journey), we were asked to order from Zomato. Only breakfast was provided the next 3 days as well. No idea why they keep a menu in the rooms if you cannot order anything from it
There was no kettle, glasses, spoons, toiletries, slippers etc - you'll have to individually ask for everything but upon asking, they will provide it to u quickly The pictures they posted are of their bigger rooms. What they actually provided to us in the name of a "deluxe room" was so small that only one person could walk around the bed at one time :( The room only had one main table which was insufficient to unpack two suitcases. The walls are thin and voices from other rooms can be heard in the bathroom. Not just vague voices but entire conversations of other families! They charged 20 Rs for one tawa roti and the rotis were thick, hard, and burnt The rooms had the old Indian "kundi" lock system instead of modern key cards or automatic locks. . . PROS: . The only reason our stay was saved was because of the receptionist/maintainence worker. The guy was SO hardworking and efficient. He single handedly handled all the request from every single room. Took care of cleaning, serving, managing the reception etc (basically doing 4 jobs in one). Any request we had (spoons, glass etc) he fulfilled at the earliest.
You get used to the rooms and lack of space by day three and start noticing the positives. The bathrooms were clean, hygienic, and had both exhaust and fan. For breakfast, they made really good aloo paranthas, tea, and sandwiches. A great way to start the day. The quantity was also good. They even provide yoga services at request which I found interesting There are CCTVs everywhere, adding to the safety aspect. . Overall, an okay option if you need an affordable place to stay in Jaipur. But there are several better options nearer to the city centre you may go for. Pictures of the actual hotel and room are...
Read moreThe good: Location and Parking Facility The bad: Service, Staff, Amenities, Unprofessional Behaviour Now, where to start with? I checked in the hotel with my wife and sisters. It was a family trip to Jaipur, we thought the prices of this hotel is comparatively economical along with the fact that our breakfast was also included. But the moment we checked in, it wasn't a nice welcome at all. Our rooms were not clean and tidy as hell. And in my sisters' room there was no fan regulator or must be broken and charging points were also not working. Another annoying fact is that you will hear each and everything happening in the other rooms adjacent to yours. The next morning we woke up quite early as it was mentioned that the breakfast timings as per the hotel is 7:30 am to 9:00 am, so we reached the dining table but the breakfast was not ready, the reception guy told us that it would take only 5 minutes but it took them almost 40-50 minutes. And the food served was not even good. Keeping the staff's unprofessional behaviour we informed them the same night that we'd be needing our breakfast on time the 2nd day's morning but as expected the breakfast wasn't ready and the staff wasn't sorry at all for their awful behaviour. Overall it wasn't a decent experience. The only good thing about this hotel is its location and parking facility. Despite that some of the artwork and lobby area are also nice. Except this everything at this hotel is awful. I wouldn't recommend staying...

Every morning I used to call for the water in bathroom There is one person who take care for the entire hotel. During this 2 night and 3 day stayed rooms bedsheets not change. Breakfast included in the booking and the timing was 7:30 to 10:30 but I have to call more than 6 time for the Breakfast extra plate and many more things. Delay in delivering of a single water bottle I personally go in the kitchen for so many time for the tea water bottle and breakfast.
