Hotel Aurum by Atoz hospitality — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Nice hotel..rooms are very spacious and very well maintained...good parking facility. There were few bad experience which i will express here.the first bad experience was during breakfast, there was a fly at my sambhar.it ws very disappointing and wen I informed the kitchen staff=received apologies only.. Staff need to be lil professional= another bad experience the reception guy called me after 30 min of check out that sir u need to pay 40 rs of a 10 rs biscuit which they kept in hotel room as mini bar, I know the guy was not the manager. But I never expected will be receiving a call in such a manner..

There was another incident ..we booked 2 rooms of delux type from OYO..we reached hotel at around 7 30 pm. They gave me 2 rooms which was completely different from each other, one was aparantely very huge in size as compared to the other one, initially wen we spoke to the manager he said they both comes under delux type and refused to change room.after couple of hrs wen I checked at oyo the room numbers were different, I immediately called oyo and they asked me to wait until morning and assured that the issue will get resolved. Morning we received a call from reception that sir apologies there was some technical issues n all...finally we got the new room which was similar to the...

I don't think you can find a better hotel than Aurum. I stayed in Jaipur for 3 nights. First night, I booked a room however it was not good as shown in the photos. The experience was quiet bad. For next night, I came through Aurum on booking.com. Looking at the price and photos, I was really impressed. But because of my previous experience, I decided to check the rooms first and then make the payment. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos. The best part was it was quiet affordable. The room service was also great and responded to every request I made. The hotel also provided food services. We wanted to try and ordered our Butter Chicken and Butter roti. It was really great. We did our breakfast and dinner in the hotel even next day. While leaving the hotel, I forgot my earphones in the room. I realised it after 30 minutes of leaving the hotel. The called the Manager and he said he will check. I received a call back within 5 minutes that he found my earphone. In short, my experience was really hotel. And looking at the nature of staff, It has become a permanent hotel whenever I will visit Jaipur again. I would surely advise you this hotel. They also have a park. And yes don't forget to try their food. If Aurum hotel is reading this comment, thankyou for a great service...

Being in the hospitality sector where customer service is the priority this so called Hotel "Aurum" treated the way way nobody would ever expected we booked a room from oyo in this hotel and we get the same confirmation from the hotel also so as we went to check in to our surprise he denied to provide the room on the grounds stating the price which we have paid online for the room is not applicable for booking the room for reference the price which we have paid was around Rs1000 and he said the minimum price was Rs1500 and he demanded 500 bucks more to book the room without the receipt and their front desk employee Mr. verma i must say is a non professional greddy guy and was continously forcing us to pay more. from my side i would rate them 0 out of 5 being in the hospitality sector their pathetic to provide customer the servivce if you guys really want good customer service do not ever book a room here they are just good...
