Absolutely Pathetic Experience – Never Visiting Again!

Visited Kullad Chai, MI Road and was completely shocked at their unprofessional and arrogant behavior. First of all, they overcharge for everything, and on top of that, they have the audacity to demand payment before even accepting the order – who does that? We were sitting outside, peacefully waiting, and suddenly we’re told to pay first or no food.

The staff is downright rude – absolutely no manners, no courtesy, and zero understanding of how to talk to customers. When asked a simple question, their response was filled with arrogance and disrespect. They clearly don’t care about customer service or experience.

This is not how you run a café. We were regular chai lovers, but this place has made sure we’ll never return. If you’re thinking of visiting, don’t waste your time or money here. Extremely disappointed and disgusted by the attitude...

Kullad tea would say the best part about here would be it's name and location. The atmosphere here is very good and would say very good for all chai lovers . The location is also very good and would say the best place to have shop in Jaipur. The real drawback is the chai is nothing special as it is just ordinary not even there coffee may it be hot or cold may be the price is good at best but considering taste and quality would say is expensive as you can charge even 100 for a tea if it's good and something special but for this tea that is available at every tapri with even better quality and nearly double the price seems little bit unreasonable . At last would not recommend anyone but good place to visit and drink tea as seating is good and would say come here not for tea but for...

The biggest issues is parking and the smell when I enter in the upstair area the worst washroom dirty smell. I asked the staffs to use room freshner but unfortunately they don't have. I don't know who can eat with that smell and can even handle that.

Another things is the staffs are so lazy to come outside for order, if the restaurant is not busy and you have given a comfortable seating to the guest please also ready to serve the guests. Otherwise everything is waste.

The 2 stars I am giving only because of the pricing of the menu and taste. The chai is not that good that you even put the name for Kulhad Chai..

There are many options on the menu and it was all well elaborate.
