Hotel The Shyam — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Hello dear friends As being female travel I STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL due to a bad staff there name MR. TOUFIK FRONT OFFICE I recently visited hotel Shyam Sindhi camp with my family . I personally have very bad experience just because of a bad Apple and his name is toufik. As we all know hotel industry is a service industry and what a customer/ family is expecting is just a better experience in that particular in which they are staying. I feel hotel is known just because of their staff and if you have a bad staff specially front office it's better not to stay there. Customer just care about the experience, the way he treated but I want to say Mr. Toufik is the worst front office staff I have seen . He doesn't know how to deal with customer, his way of speaking is just like autowalas [ tuktuk driver] . I even say tuktuk driver is just better than him. He always deny what you will ask for slippers, shampoo, yeah I mean the basic kits . I don't want my family to be treated disrespectfully. Mr toufik just ruined the goodwill of this Hotel.

I strongly don't recommend this hotel if you are couple or family. Front office staff [ Mr. Toufik] will treat you like you are on roadside. I request to take action against Mr. Toufik as being female I doesn't...

Hello guy's Being a female tourist I would like to inform you all . This is the worst front staff I have ever seen here I would like to point out the name tofik . He is super rude guy you will ever meet in your lifetime. He thinks like he is the owner of the hotel and all other employees are slave of him . Tofik doesn't know how to treat guest. I didn't enjoy my stay there. Zero service at this hotel. You can't ask for even a single bottle of water. Whenever you call at reception tofik is ready with the answer NO . Totally disappointing from the front staff employee name tofik He ask for early check-out. He will keep you calling again and again for checkout even at 10 am but the hotel checkout time is 12 pm . We book this hotel almost 15 days prior but after reaching there with 2 kids they said they have no booking with our name they rejected our booking because they got other customers who were paying them higher because of sudden rush on that particular day. They even don't bother about kids where we will go at night time. They provide us room to some other hotel their staff took our luggage and drop it some other nearby hotel. They also refused that they have no room. This is the hospitality of this hotel. They even don't offer water in arrival. We will never stay this hotel if someone offer us free stay.
