Varya’s outlet serving gluten free products in Jaipur has been a wonderful experience for us. My wife required gluten free food (and I came to know about her from someone known to us). We visited and met her in person at her kitchen/ outlet. She runs her own bakery serving wide variety of gluten free products: Cake/ Pizza/ Muffins/ Flours/ samosa / kachoris. She can even customize the recipe to suit individual needs. Her kitchen is dedicated for gluten free products. Other products having gluten are not prepared.

It’s totally safe. And above all delicious and well prepared food. 😃

It was an awesome interacting with her. My wife had a wonderful experience and we will cherish the memory for a long period of time. She even customized a pizza for my wife and delivered to us in Jauhari Bazaar. (For us, being outside from Jaipur,, it was a big big support.) She even supplies to various renowned places like 5 star hotel - ITC Rajputana in the city.

Gluten Free Haven It is a Gem of a Place for the Celiacs to get Gluten Free products, cakes, cookies, flour and other eatables. A facility created inside the residential colony in the backside of the house, it might not be that obvious though you see the board of "Varya"outside. Don't be scared to enter and find this place behind the house along the right wall when you enter the house at the address given. Mrs Era Gupta herself being a sufferer is knowledgeable managing the store and also baking products herself with her team with utmost precautions. A variety of Gluten Free products are available. You can buy directly or order online through their website or through other online shopping platform. I got full confidence talking to her and eating at her place as a courtesy. In the early days of my Celiac diagnosis i was looking for "safe" places to eat out and couldn't find any dedicated gluten free cafe/restaurant.
