Even though there is valet parking , the guy at the valet asked my cousin to go & park it herself, she even told the guy she has a toddler & it would be difficult, still he said to park the car on her own & even told her to go to some other place if she can’t find the parking . When my cousin complained about the issue to the manager at the restaurant, instead of resolving or apologising he told her , “are you the same person who created a scene yesterday” even though she was visiting there for the first time . This terrible experience just dint end here , we decided to go someplace else and cancel the order which we had placed for the kid but since we had reached earlier than my cousin & our order was on the way so we asked the waiter to not cancel the order for the kid too , to which he replied , again you want to place the order , the person in charge for handling the order would be irritated so he can’t take the order. Haven’t t come across any restaurant with such a terrible service & untrained staff . Place has good ambience & food but sucks big time in their service . Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone , it completely...

If I would have an option of given a minus rating then I would have given so. We went to Vayu on Karwa chauth. We were fasting the entire day and then we went for dinner after seeing the rating. But All in vain Service was horrible We waited for our starter and drinks order for more than 40 minutes. Then finally it arrived That too incomplete. Oreo shake orders by kid didn't come. Then came the food. That too chapati first, dal later. Till fal came chapati were cold. Then at last we finally ordered another daal. After waiting for 30 minutes we were neither served our complete nor water. At last tired of waiting we asked them to get the bill. In bill to our surprise the items that were not seved were also added On asking to meet the manager, they again were taking time So we went to the manager to talk. And HE WAS THE ARROGANT OF ALL Least interested in listening to our issues and very ill mannered.

You being in hospitality sector, I think courtesy, patience, and customer satisfaction should be your prime moto.
