The initial experience was quite good, but the tables were sticky and there wasnt much privacy, so be prepared to share the space. The ambience is good though. There is a bar from where you can order quite an array of drinks and enjoy them with snacks. Carry a sanitizer with you because their menus were also quite sticky. But their food was up to the mark and so were the drinks. Their vegetarian as well as non vegetarian food was delicious and their drinks were well made. The waiters did seem quite hassled because they actually forgot to write down my order and didn't even repeat back the order. I ordered one main and they simply forgot about it, so that definitely ruined the mood. The place is understaffed because the service was slow and the tables were cleared after telling the waiter only. Overall, I would say that management needs to staff a few people and train them for a proper customer experience, especially considering the money one has to spend there. Serving food without tray...can you believe even if you go to normal dhaba they serve food in tray...
You need to ask for plates...tissues...ac and all amenities nobody bothered ...This happened when i booked table of 12 in advance and mentioned its a family dinner and there ill be cake cutting as well..but a BIG ZERo

I am from Delhi and heard from localites about aroma food and class...if this is the class then better to opt for street food in gandhi nagar jammu which is quite quite better...
Would suggest not to waste money.. Would say i spoiled my wife bday dinner for which we went fo entire family of 12 people..
1 Star for me only and that for just tasty cheese pizza for service and behaviour of staff ZERO......
