We had an amazing experience at Bistro Boulevard during our 7-day trip to Srinagar. The food was absolutely delicious, and we ended up visiting multiple times. From desserts to full-course meals, everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced.

Their cheesecakes were a highlight—blueberry, strawberry, cherry, plain, and fruit cake—all were incredibly delicious. We even got a fruit cake for my wife’s birthday, and it was just perfect.

For dinner, we tried various dishes, and the quality and portion sizes were impressive. The Mushroom Masala had a generous amount of mushrooms compared to other nearby restaurants. The Afghani Chicken starter was a huge portion and was more than enough for three of us. One evening, we ordered Biryani, Half Kadhai Chicken, and three chapatis, but we were so full from the Afghani Chicken that we couldn’t finish the Kadhai Chicken. Interestingly, though the waiter mentioned it had two pieces, we actually received four. The naan was fresh, and the Dum Biryani was also flavorful, though we packed some as we couldn’t finish it.

For lighter meals, we had French fries for the baby, which were quite good, and Veg & Chicken Manchow Soup, both of which were delicious.

Apart from the great food, the service stood out. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially since we had an infant with us. They even helped us enjoy our meal by taking care of the baby for a while, which was a thoughtful gesture.

Amazing place to have some good food and delicious bakery desserts/cakes/pastries.

We crossed this place many times during our few days in Srinagar and were always intrigued by the pure white European architecture. On our last day we decided to have our late lunch here and grab some bakery items. Thank God we decided to stop here otherwise we would have missed such a nice french bakery place.

We had pizza and coffee. The pizza was cheesy and had adequate toppings. Good food.

While waiting for the pizza to arrive, we ordered a fruit cake slice and if I am being honest, it was the best fruit cake slice i ever had. The white cream on top of the cake was so delicious and yummy. It just set the tone for our entire dining experience.

Once we finished off the pizza and had a nice little chat with the French Guy behind the counter (who was the Brother in Law of the owner who lives in Mumbai and studied food for several years in France) we went to grab another bakery item - this time it was the Vanilla Cup Cake which grabbed our attention. Again an absolutely yummy creation with the right sweetness.

Since we were catching a flight out of Sringar the same evening, we got them to pack a few white chocolate eclairs, chocolate bombs and walnut brownies for our family back home.

The pricing is value for money, especially compared to what the other metro cities charge for such delicious french fare.

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at a delightful restaurant that truly impressed with its exquisite offerings and picturesque view. We ordered the Mutton Biryani and Chicken Korma, and both dishes exceeded expectations.

Mutton Biryani was a masterpiece. Each grain of rice was perfectly cooked and infused with a harmonious blend of spices that danced on the palate. The succulent pieces of mutton were tender and flavourful, showcasing the chef’s expertise in balancing spices without overwhelming the dish. It was a comforting bowl of goodness that left us craving more.

Chicken Korma was a delightful surprise. We often struggle to find such rich and authentic flavors in Kashmir, but this dish was nothing short of spectacular. The chicken was cooked to perfection, and the gravy was a luxurious mix of spices that complemented the meat beautifully. It had the right amount of aroma, making every bite feel indulgent.

Kudos to the owners for crafting a menu and preparing the dishes as per merit, that truly appeals to the taste buds.
