Read moreComplaint Regarding Unhygienic and Unsafe Food from "Lhasa" Restaurant
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the extremely unhygienic and unsafe food served by Lhasa. We had ordered Special Fried Rice costing Rs. 400. To our shock, the meat in the rice was undercooked and did not seem fresh at all. Despite the poor quality, we had to eat it due to hunger.
Soon after consuming the food, both my wife and I started experiencing severe loose motions and vomiting. It was a horrible and distressing experience. This kind of negligence is absolutely unacceptable — restaurants like this are playing with the health and safety of their customers by serving rotten and contaminated food.
What’s even more frustrating is that despite paying a high price for a basic dish like fried rice, we did not even receive hygienic food. Instead, it has now cost us our health and we are currently on medication.
I strongly urge others to avoid ordering from this place. There are far better and safer options available. Very very poor...
Read moreThe restaurant is highly overated. It is normal resturant with only one exception that is its high price, i mean literally high. The fact is that it has got many employees which ultimately feeds on customers money. Now it was fine had it been serving good quality or some extraordinary stuff. It normally offers what other averagely priced resturants offers .we travelled 20-25 kms to have so called nihaari here as it has been recently into the Kashmiri food space. On arrival and further waiting,we finally had our Nihaari for which we had so much craved. It turned out it was so so poor as if it was beef cooked with radish. No taste ,not properly cooked , nothing at all. We were charged ₹630/= for Nihaari, where in at maximum 3 mutton pieces would have been...
