I doubt if this kfc is using an authentic kfc process and protocol. To me it seems they are not following kfc guidelines. Been a KFC lover from last 15 years and had tasted kfc foreign aswell. I agree kfc Indian taste is nowhere close to gulf kfc or African Kfc. But some outlets in India especially kfc banglore, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune etc they serve some good products and with much better taste. I ordered drumsticks FROM This GANDHINAGAR KFC BRANCH, INITIALLY THEY MADE ME WAIT FOR ABOUT HALF AN HOUR WHEN THE WHOLE OUTLET SEEMED EMPTY NO RUSH AT ALL AND AFTER THIS WAIT I RECEIVED MY DRUMSTICKS BUCKET WHICH SEEMED UNUSUAL TO NOT REGULAR KFC DRUMSTICKS SIZE AND WHEN I TASTED IT SEEMED TOTALLY RAW AND USELESS. KFC IS GOING FROM BAD TO WORSE. THIS KFC BRANCH NEEDS TO BE PROPERLY CHECKED. THOUGH MANAGER EXCHANGED 4 DRUMSTICKS BUT TASTE WAS STILL TERRIBLE. Read moreThe newly opened KFC next to Ganpati sweets is the second KFC of Jammu City. There was a lot left to be desired. The tables had trash and left over trays on it which were cleared after repeated reminders at the counter. The service was very slow and totally clueless. The people ordering take out were being served much faster than the one dining in. Though the guy at the til told us we will be called when our order would be ready but even after 15-20 minutes no one called us. I had to go to the counter a couple of times before our order was served. The burgers were cold but by that time we just wanted to eat and leave. I understand that everyone can have off days, but I feel that a positive, friendly attitude should be consistent, especially in a customer-facing role. I hope that management can address this issue and provide better training to ensure all customers feel valued...
