To Mr. Pawan Owner, Krishna Dhaba
Respected Sir I’m your customer since 20 years. I must say you are one of the best fine dining restaurants in Srinagar. Your staff is also really good in nature as well as number. But from the past 10-12 years your quality (in service only) is degrading. I’m really sorry to say that u don’t have sufficient space to accommodate people making their journey pathetic. Several people are waiting outside for approx 15 minutes to 1.5 hours just to eat food which will take only approx 15- 20 minutes. Food is the main requirement for everyone everytime at least three times a day. Moreover it makes it a big concern for people who eats at your dhaba or restraunt all the 3 times and sometimes 4 times. I’m genuinely one of them. And I must say there are many like me. U must look into this matter very seriously and at the earliest. I politely request u to plz look the policy of other restraunts in India. I must give you an example of Sarvana Bhavan(a well known South Indian restraunt chain in India) in CP, Delhi. They also have limited space but they are capable of managing a large number of people easily and smoothly. They have a person at their gate which writes the names of the people and call the names of persons who have came first according to their vacancy and table size. You can also do it easily. Even u have good space outside your restraunt and u are also one of the renowned restraunt all over J&K. This will not only promote your restaurant but will also make new customers hooked to you, increasing your brand value. Therefore, I request u to look into this matter which does not seem big but is really a big concern and is degrading your brand value slowly and steadily. I and many people will be really happy for your small step towards your customer satisfaction and...

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Krishna Vaishno Bhojanalay, and it was nothing short of a disaster. As a vegetarian, I was excited to try their supposedly authentic dishes, but I left utterly disappointed.
Firstly, the ambiance was dismal, resembling a rundown cafeteria rather than a restaurant. The decor was outdated, and the overall atmosphere was dingy and uninviting.
Now onto the food – bland, uninspired, and lacking any semblance of flavor. The dishes were poorly seasoned, with each bite tasting like a sad excuse for vegetarian cuisine. The vegetables were overcooked and mushy, while the rice was dry and clumpy.
Service was equally abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, taking forever to bring out our orders and neglecting to check on us throughout the meal.
Overall, I would not recommend Krishna Vaishno Bhojanalay to anyone looking for a satisfying vegetarian dining experience. Save your money and your taste buds – this restaurant is a...
