👇A review to look for👇
The cashier/manager is ignorant, he always loses the track of calculation, we come here very often, almost everytime he would lose a calculation of 30- 50 rupees, it is when I manually calculate it from menu and then he has to pay cash to me because I would have already paid it via UPI, be careful and recalculate it by menu, because he is very ignorant in calculation.
Another thing is he doesn't take feedback really seriously, there was one time I had ordered Chicken Burger, which costs 220 or so rupees, which is comparatively higher, but the patty they use is not whole meat, it is a patty which has most of bread crumbs in it and not much chicken. I asked this lanky guy, if you are charging so much for a burger, it should be a whole meat burger, not a patty which has most of the bread crumb part in it. He was either too confident ot too ignorant, I couldn't understand his stance, "he said, it won't happen next time" and walked off, hahahhaha. I think he was trained to do so, then actually taking pain in listening to the customer. Anyways, I thought may be they will work on this afterwards. Now, after a while I had the burger again, Alas! They are using the same breadcrumb patty again and charging the same amount. My issue is not the price but what I am getting at the price of 220-250 rupees. It is very sad to see them growing like this. They definitely need to change their manager.
Secondly, there are these two young guys who work there, Dev and Ehtisham, the famous "chotus" every chai ki Tapri has, god they are so good, they treat the customers with smile and they are one of the reason I come here very often, I am only giving 2 ⭐ because of these two guys, otherwise the lanky guy, who manages the place doesn't know how to run the place, I would have rather given it 0 ⭐, if it wasn't for chotu's who are saving this place.
Be careful guys, the ambience is nice but they are not taking care of the food they are serving, at least the manager is not into it which ruins the essence...

👍Chai is good, coffee is good, mojitos are good, shwarma is ok but shwarma chutney is very good. Fries are good.
👎DO NOT EVER have burgers from here, they have no idea what they are selling, i had both mutton and chicken burger here and both the times I raised an issue that the patty is not whole meat, it is a mixed patty with most of the content of bread, the manager, LANKY FELLOW ignored it both the times saying, "Sorry, we will work on it in a tone, jaise wo Sorry bech raha tha, not really apologetic". Further, at the price they are selling those burgers the quality should be as good as KFC/McD, but it is very bad.
👎DO NOT EVER have bakery from here, they buy it from outside (3rd Party) and charge probably a 100%-150% markup on and it is not even that good. The DONUTS are stale and hard considering it is a donut. The PASTRY is usually dry because it would be sitting in the display probably for more than a week or 1.5 weeks which on top of it can cost you 220 to 250 a piece.
👎 Very rightly staffed, the chotu staff is really good, but i most of the time have seen the manager "LANKY FELLOW" and his friends take up the middle seats place during busy hours which incurs losses for the venture and customers would have to wait unnecessarily, since all the other seats will be occupied.
Overall very nice vibes but in order to keep it running, they have think of making some in house bakery and look into the reviews they get and get a better manager who treats people with smile and one who has a sense of responsibility and...
Read moreUpon visiting this highly recommended tea shop, I must say that I was quite disappointed. The price of 70 Rupees for a single cup of tea in a clay cup is definitely not worth it, and the taste was nothing exceptional either. While the tea had a distinct flavor, it was not worth the premium price tag. Moreover, the loud music in the shop made it hard to carry out a conversation with my partner. Overall, I found that the place is highly overrated by bloggers or other people.
However, I must say that the staff was very kind and welcoming, which was a definite plus point. But apart from that, there was not much to recommend about this place. I expected more from the highly recommended tea shop, but sadly it did not live up to its hype.
In conclusion, while the staff at the tea shop were kind and welcoming, I do not think the high price of the tea is worth it. The taste was not exceptional, and the loud music made it hard to enjoy a conversation with my partner. Therefore, I cannot recommend this place to others and would suggest looking elsewhere for a better...
