Worst Haldirams outlet among all others that I have ever been to. Service and quality issues are some of the main reasons. Less efficiently and rude responses on valid questions which customers ask is usual. One of the few options in Apollo hospital for food hence they know customers are bound to come and then treat as per their own style and convenience. Some examples are as follows - Mostly one counter operates. Other is either closed or u won't see anyone managing. Further painful byfurcation of queues as per cash and UPI/card. Most of the customers aren't aware of this own convenience rule so whenever such customer reaches a wrong counter, they don't miss a chance to misbehave and tell them to come in other line. I myself saw them doing this with a senior citizen. The delivery counter is no doubt a busy place but they usually forget to put basic things with the type of food you order. For example, Parantha without pickle, noodles without forks/catch up, no spoons or tissue papers. This can be seens specially with take away orders. If you ask for something like tissues, extra spoon, a lot of them start making faces and ensure to make you realize that you are headache for them. Although at times it's their fault not to put that along with food in first place.
In short, no sensitivity and importance for customer even with a known fact that they are operating within a hospital. When you esclate, manager acknowledges and does nothing. A lot of the customers may not behave appropriately but not everyone. Therefore they should not run this shop with same behavior...

This gives each one of them much needed break from the different times they maybe going through. This place also gives time for family member to relax and decide how to proceed or what treatment decision to take.
I am sure from Haldiram's prospective it is a profit puppy but my prospective is that they are providing much more and important service to people.
When you look around in the restaurant you can see some happy families, some families without much to talk but I am sure their minds are on what ever they came to hospital for. Doctors eating and catching up on their emails or social media posts.
When ever I have visited this location I had to wait to find open seats. Ever thought this is a very busy location the service is good. Staff is friendly and handle the rush well.

Dear Haldiram’s,
I recently ordered food from Haldiram’s, and I am extremely disappointed with the packaging and handling of my order Twice. Upon opening the delivery bag, I found that the food items were leaking, and the chutney had spilled over the packaging and other contents inside. This not only made a mess but also made it unhygienic and difficult to consume and there is no tissue paper in it.
The poor packaging led to unnecessary waste and an unpleasant experience. As a loyal customer, I expect better quality control in handling and packing food items. I request you to take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen in the future and, if possible, provide a replacement or refund for this inconvenience.
