The Beer Café — Restaurant in Delhi

I had an extremely disappointing experience at The Beer Café, Pacific Mall. The mayonnaise served with my dish was stinking and completely inedible. What shocked me more was the casual attitude of the staff. While the manager admitted to the issue, the waiter brushed it off with an audacious remark: “HMARE YHA AISE HI HOTA H.”

This is absolutely unacceptable for an establishment of your reputation. Serving spoiled food not only reflects poor hygiene but also endangers customer health. The dismissive attitude from your staff only made matters worse.

I expected much better from The Beer Café and sincerely hope this feedback prompts a serious review of your food quality and staff training. Such negligence and unprofessionalism cannot...

I visited mall on 21-sept 2024, ordered a mug of strong beer , the bartender ( rohit i guess) said strong beer is not available ,so i ordered a lesser priced simple beer mug , but during bill he listed the strong beer in bill , which was costlier , after asking he said he served me strong beer . I not bothered much but after l reached home, i checked the bill, the bill was of yesterday 20-sept night . The bartender gave me copy of someone else bill, Disgusting , he might be cheating to save money or else , but i felt very bad after being cheated twice ....

Visited the Beer Café at Pacific Mall Jasola – it's a smaller outlet tucked in the food court corner. Not too many beer options compared to other locations, which was a bit disappointing. However, I really liked the draught beer Brewdog Lost Lager – super refreshing! Cocktails and food were also pretty good. Nice spot for a quick break while shopping, just don’t expect the full Beer...
