We recently visited Pizza Express at Jasola, located in Pacific Mall, right next to the metro station, for a Father's Day celebration. Our experience was truly delightful, marked by exceptional food, amazing service, and a welcoming ambiance.

Food: We opted for the combo meal for four, which turned out to be a fantastic choice. The meal included:

An 11-inch Chicken Pizza: The pizza was perfectly baked with a crispy crust, generous toppings of succulent chicken, and a rich, flavorful tomato sauce. Every bite was a burst of deliciousness.

Veg Pasta in Red Sauce: The pasta was cooked to perfection, with a well-balanced red sauce that was both tangy and savory. It was a delightful dish that complemented the pizza well.

Starters: The meal included four different kinds of starters. Each starter was uniquely flavorful and beautifully presented. The highlight was the bruschetta, which was fresh and bursting with flavors of tomato, basil, and pesto.

Mocktails: We enjoyed a variety of mocktails, including two Ginger Fizzes, one Lemonade, and one Peach Iced Tea. Each drink was refreshing and complemented our meal perfectly.

Service: The service at Pizza Express was outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and prompt. They ensured that we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Visited Pizza Express at Pacific Mall, Jasola recently, and I must say, it’s become my go-to spot for a relaxed meal. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance struck me – a modern, airy space with comfortable seating and soft lighting, creating a welcoming, laid-back vibe suitable for both friends and family outings.

The service was prompt and friendly. Our server greeted us warmly, took our order efficiently, and was attentive without being intrusive. We started with their classic breadsticks and marinara dip—lightly crispy, well-seasoned, and perfect for sharing. For mains, the Quattro Formaggi pizza was outstanding: a thin, evenly baked crust with a luxurious blend of melted cheeses, offering rich flavor without overwhelming the palate. My companion’s Pepperoni Milano was equally impressive—generous pepperoni slices, just the right spice, and a perfectly crisp base.

We paired our pizzas with a fresh garden salad and soft drinks. The salad was crisp, with vibrant veggies and a zesty dressing. Despite being full, we couldn’t resist trying the Tiramisu—a creamy, coffee-infused delight that capped our meal beautifully.

Worst experience, pathetic service, exorbitant prices. So, me and my friend went to this restaurant, ordered a white sauce pasta, and a non veg pizza. Someone collected our order, and sent us a veg red sauce pasta instead. We realized the order was missing what we ordered. Complained to the restaurant, the guys just added the non veg stuff in the red pasta, instead of the white sauce pasta we ordered. Billed us the same amount for that. Pizza was pathetic too, ordered a non veg pizza, and we received a completely different one than we ordered. The waiter guy got confused with the names, and interchanged it for pizza and pasta. The prices were extremely high and did not justify the service, quality and taste. I do not recommend this at all. The restaurant did not even care to compliment us, or care to cook us the dish we asked for. Overall, a 0/5 rating, if google gave us the option too. Would recommend other...
