Had a first time experience of chicken biriyani at Al Karim yesterday.

I took two plates of egg-chicken biriyani. The biriyani itself was good, at a reasonable rate. Size and taste of chicken pieces were also good. Behaviour of staff was also good. Then why am I not giving a 5-star?
