So my response to the so called educated owner or whoever replied to my review:
Firstly, you guys are only eligible to charge over MRP for non-packaged items except liquor. We ordered liquor at your restaurant and paid more than MRP, which is legal, and as a consumer, I’m not eligible to question you about that. But if you guys charge more than the MRP for a packaged water bottle, then it’s completely wrong and illegal. On top of that you have also charged GST on the packaged water bottle which is again against the law whereas and MRP of a product is inclusive of GST. You have also charged us for leftover food packaging which is also illegal and considered as an UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE. You’re talking about 4-5 star hotels. Just go and visit one if you haven’t yet. You will learn about how ethically and professionally they operate, since it seems like you have a lot to learn about running a restaurant. 4-5 star hotels never charge more than MRP for a packaged water bottle. Not sure how you guys are operating a restaurant with such limited knowledge of the hospitality industry. Your restaurant is serving alcohol, and your bill doesn’t have the liquor license number and SAC code. What a joke! You’re not following the basic rules for operating a bar&restaurant but came to lecture your consumer for opposing an illegal activity. And how will you justify the pathetic behavior of your restaurant manager? Does he possess a hotel management degree, or have you hired a manager without a degree to save costs?
Lastly one small advice: STOP FILLING YOUR OWN STOMACH BY LOOTING OTHERS.

My experience at this restaurant and bar was extremely disappointing. The manager charged more than the MRP for bottled water, which is against the law. When we questioned it, the manager reacted by yelling at us and showing no respect. This kind of aggressive behavior is unacceptable, especially when you’re just trying to have a nice evening out. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a fair and pleasant...
Read moreStarters and soup that we ordered were good in taste. However, in the main course for three chicken dishes they failed to create difference in the gravy. Normally you would like to have a blend and the manager should take care of it to alarm the customers that dishes are of similar nature. Despite being ordering what the manager suggested we did not find the difference in taste. Also I would like to mention that Tandoori roti item should have been served hot. It spoilt the mood but I didn't want to create scene as I went out with family. Almost all restaurants charge heavy, they don't compromise there. But at least they should try to be worth the money. Staffs were cordial and adequate in number. Overall average rating for an...
Read moreHosted daughter's 18th birthday on 17th August"25. Worked out plans with Manager Mahadev & what next !! It all happened the way we wanted. Decor, Food Taste, Mocktail presentations , Service , Hospitality - All at top notch & at a 5star level. Wish the team all the best for future. One more suggestion to owners - the way you have taken new space for le-bon , take a bigger space for Bon-Appetite as well. In busy days you are loosing business. Lower down cost of can softdrinks ( as ₹125/-) pinches a bit. Other than these two , all is still going well. Rest few small pointers, my husband who is a Corporate General Manager for a hospitality group has already discussed with Manager Mahadev & Chef Sanjeev. Best...
