My third visit here was even worse than the second one. No iced drinks available, the mojito was not at all cold and the food was well frankly just okay.

The food we ordered was delivered way too late and when we ordered as more people joined us, we were essentially told order it all at once. The service has really deteriorated.

It was a good place ruined by bad service.

My second visit here was a bit disappointing. The food was great but the behaviour of the staff left something to be desired. It was 3 of us sitting on a table of 4 and soon someone came and asked us to shift to another table because they wanted the table to be empty to ensure they maintain social distancing and that's completely fair. We happily shifted from there to another table and since I was hoping to get a sofa to be more comfortable, I chose the only other one that had a sofa but it was for a larger number of people. Someone again came and asked us to shift to one that was meant for a lower number of people and that's fair too. What wasn't good was the attitude and the manner in which it was said this time. The guy wasn't a waiter since he wasn't wearing the uniform bit someone else who was I'm guessing higher on the ladder. There was no request, no common courtesy but rather the behaviour was dismissive and rude. I found the behaviour odd right there but I was with other people and didn't want to get into it at the moment. It bothered me enough however to come back and change my original rating and review. I especially took everyone along with me there because I had liked the food and service there earlier but this time was a disappointment.

I ordered a fondant cake from lebon sakchi branch but instead of the cake I ordered I got a fresh cream cake which is cheaper than the cake I payed for. Upon raising this issue at the store there was one to take the ownership of this mistake. I was told by the person present at the store that there was misscommunication between chef and the person who took the order, the funny part is when I was at the store to place the order both the chef and the manager who took my order were there and I explained everything very clearly to them and it was mentioned in the bill by them. Moreover the lady at store started blaming that I didn't check the at the time of delivery. This shows the poor management and bad team coordination.

Then I had a word with the owner and he assured me that I'll get a solution by Monday (3rd May) for the blunders his team has made, till I've not received any calls from Lebon and no one is picking up my call.

I hope this review reachs the management team and a proper solution is given to provided for the mistake done by the chef.

A small suggestion to the management team: being from the hospitality industry I would suggest you guys take ownership of your mistakes immediately and act on giving a solution asap. It should not take 4 days to just acknowledge the mistake of your chef and do the needful for your...

Ambience wise it's really good! I would give 4.5 stars to the interior design and vibe it sets with good English music 👌

Choice of cuisines is also really nice! Majorly Italian delicacies as the name suggests.

If your a soup lover, do try the Veg Minestrone Soup that contains all micro chopped veggies, with finely chopped brocolli & few pieces of pasta.

To avoid would be the Jalapeno Cheese Fritters, it will come in huge ball shape & tastes really bland and the sauce it comes with is sweet & but spicy but doesn't go well with the fritter. They should have Thousand Island dip along with it but they don't even have it as an option. Do ask for Chilli Mayonnaise Dip (charged extra) but makes the taste better!

Try their Hot Hazelnut Coffee, do stir and mix it well or else you won't find the taste of hazelnut that well! Do avoid this coffee if you have a anti-sweet tooth since without sugar as well it's really sweet. (Maybe the Hazelnut syrup that they add have sugar in it or maybe not)

The dishes and the ambience really makes a good vibe and also photogenic way to palette their food! Great for insta!

The is the only other place in Jsr that i have seen with "Pure Whole Wheat Bread". The other place is Brown Bunch Bakery but that usually don't have the Whole Wheat Bread that often!
