Hi guys Regal building is an age old structure, during my childhood at school , I came to know this place , it was every weekday when one of my parent would drop me here for coaching , the teacher was a parse lady who was first floor resident , I remember the first floor corridor it was almost dark during the daytime one had walk carefully, the stairs were hard to climb Almost every flat had a parse tenant residing with their family, the restaurant at ground floor called Novelty would dominate one of the sense called smell of every visitor or even a passerby.
