One of the most popular eateries in Jamshedpur. Located at bistupur, near Natraj hotel, the hotel resides at the heart of Jamshedpur city. Both dine in and pickup facilities are available here. Anand is known for its dosa and quick service. The dosa stands tall out of all other food items available here. You can get a feel of original south Indian dosa here. The chutney and sambar are probably the best you can get at Jamshedpur. All types of dosa are available here: Sada, masala, onion, Rava, paper, etc with their butter variants, but ghee roast dosa is not available. The butter masala and butter panner dosa are highly recommended to be tried. The meals can be avoided as the price doesn't justify the food quantity or quality. The place is neat and maintained properly inspite of being so much crowded. Service is also good. Wait time is less even during peak hours but sometimes seating space is not available during rush hours leading to wait time. Since childhood i come to this place but now a days it has been degraded in terms of food and service. This is my 3rd time in anand in past 3 weeks and the experience was horrible where i can rate anand as 1 star.

The 2 waiters of yours, one very old man and one has swelled up lips don’t want to be rude but this is how i can describe as I don’t know their name. Last sunday they gave cold chilling vada and today(i am still in restaurant) we gave butter onion sada dosa but he gave plain dosa which is not good. Upon questioning they denied to accept it plus the old guy is very slow in serving.

So a very strong feedback to you: Either give the staffs good guidance in communication so that your authenticity is still maintained Put a menu scanner we can directly order it or give a staff tabs so that they can record the order in a correct manner and to avoid a discrepancy. If you wanna improve a service, please hire good people
