First of all, the system of getting token for any food item you buy/wanna eat is good, but the worst part for me was the service. The lady who gave token to me, told me to sit and I'll be automatically asked to take the order from the restaurant staff. I waited for long but nobody asked me or told me that my food is ready, when I approached the restaurant staff personally, she said that my food is ready for last 5 minutes and she didn't even hesitate in laughing. I recently visited the Burger King outlet at Mall of Ranchi and had a great experience overall. I ordered the Original Whopper meal which came with crispy fries and a refreshing vanilla milkshake.
