The death of my favourite food brand!

Subway was my favourite Fast Food Brand from 2009 to 2022. A lot has changed at Subway and not for the better, but for the absolute worst.

Now they charge extra for even a single slice of cheese. And their sandwiches' prices are so high, and you get nothing. You can buy the same Chicken Ham Salami from BigBasket at ₹10/piece and buy your own bread and sauces. It's actually a lot easier.

Additionally, No Turkey meat, No Pepperoni available nowadays. Only Chicken, chicken and chicken. The meatballs I ordered were so dry because their recipe for the meatballs is just to microwave them. They are so dry and we can call it Africa.

Furthermore, they even stopped giving Tomato Ketchup a couple of years ago. When you're in the mall's food court, I'd recommend dining at KFC, Pizza Hut, or any other Fast Food Brand but definitely not Subway.

Lastly, this is 100% a genuine review and I have nothing against this particular outlet. I just have been IMMENSELY disappointed by the brand.

Poor Experience on ONLINE delivery. Ordered B.M.T sandwich. When received the quality was like it was made couple of HOURS before and then was delivered to me. It was Soggy to MAX. Pepperoni had weird Smell in it and the Veggies were Not even close to fresh. Asked for a toasted bread which it was bit it was Soggy and So rubbery that you can't even tell it was toasted atall.

I have ordered Fries from places far away from this place and they remained crispy so how could their Sandwich turn this much soggy so soon.

Only positive thing to say was they complied with all the Add-ons for the sandwich.
