Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Jharkhand

I am writing to express my disappointment with the Rasmalai product I purchased from with your meal combo on October 17, 2024. The product had a manufacturing date of May 19, 2024, which is over 5 months old. Unfortunately, the Rasmalai tasted very bad.

Furthermore, I noticed that the price of the combo meal has increased from ₹199 to ₹350, which is a significant hike. I am concerned about the quality and freshness of the product, as well as the pricing strategy of your marketing team.

I request you to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that your customers receive fresh and quality products at reasonable prices.

The food was yuk 🤮 and the service was pathetic we ordered for Darjeeling momos they given us something else and that too after an hour the staffs were extremely rude and irresponsible we ordered thupka and they gave us without any veggies and it was really irritating to wait for that long we got such pathetic food I would never recommend anyone to have food from wow momos specially from this outlet.. I wasted my hard earned money and my valuable time... If your time and money is precious I would suggest not to order any...

On 6th September eve around at 6:30 pm we ordered chicken Hakka noodle from this outlet Mall with f Ranchi one , it was served and the entire noodles tasted burned not smoked … second time it was served without any sauce, when asked for the sauce front person denied giving us any sauce in a very rude tone . When we tasted it , it has no flavour not even taste of salt ....
