I had a disappointing experience when I was denied entry despite having a pre-booking. The manager, Rajesh, seemed to be on a power trip. Despite the availability of seats, he refused to let us in. It felt like the owner was just a figurehead and everything operated under Rajesh's whims. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and ruined our plans. It's frustrating to deal with such arrogance, especially when you've made all the necessary arrangements in advance. This incident has definitely put me off, and I wouldn't recommend this place due to the poor management and customer service

The food average not so tasty and the snacks with the drinks are old and the chips are not crisp at all and rather have a moisture in them, the service is a actually very rude and not friendly at all and disrespectful. The atmosphere is actually not tha great and the hygeine of the place is actually not that well maintained. In the sitting area on the roof they have little projector and they play some infamous weird youtube videos in that rather than the actual trending stuff like the cricket match of the day.

The worst experience ever - we have visited this place and I brought a water bottle for my kid. One of the staff told me that it is not allowed to bring the bottle from outside even for kid and started arguing with me.he was not even listening to me and continue arguing. When my husband and father-in-law started explaining that what is the big matter if we bring a water bottle for my kid.The bar owner “Man mahender singh chauhan “ came in between and started arguing with my husband.This place and staff literally ruined our evening . They misbehaved with our parents who are senior citizens. Where is the norm or any rule that you cant take anything with you for kid ?? Which mother will bear this behave happened with her for her kid.I would not recommend anyone to go there. A proper action must be taken for this behaviour...

It's great ambience with great social network..but coming for service...they don't have place to sit..first of all they told that just wait for 15-20 mins...and however when you got place to sit and your order comes...they demand for I'd for each and invidual person for age verification....Dude..if you don't permit for lower age (we all are above 21)...then why you all permit to enter into lounge...come on.......

After billing done....and you leave the place then another waiter comes for confirmation that you paied or not...

First of all learn how to serve and how to behave with customer...if you don't then please learn...start serving in better way..
