The Irish Courtyard — Restaurant in Jodhpur

I am disappointed by the poor communication from your end. I had a negative experience on 5th September 2023 with the hotel staff mishandling or misplacing my car keys, which caused significant stress for both myself and my entire team. I suspect that a staff member may have used my car for personal reasons. When I requested access to the CCTV footage to investigate the matter, the hotel staff refused and dismissed the seriousness of the issue. My car was parked at the hotel between approximately 12:40 PM and 5:00 PM.

If you are sure that your staff did not use my car, then you can show the CCTV camera footage from that time. However, both hotel staff members were seen communicating with gestures, and one of them seemed to signal not to show the CCTV footage.

I left the hotel and reached the gate, where I asked for my car key. However, after waiting for 30 to 45 minutes, I realized that the key was not in the key box parking aera. Fortunately, another staff member eventually brought the key from outside.

I was surprised to receive such communication from the hotel management side, and they did not take any action to address this issue, which is concerning.

I hope this type issue not any another customer in futuer..

Average food quality, yet bit expensive, Staff and manager behaviour is not welcoming. I went there with my family and manager and their team keep looking form the distance but didn't bother to come fwd and ask for the table. Second we sat there for about 20 mins and later ask for the waiter to bring the menu then he came up with the QR code menu, There are about 4-5 Running tables.

Yes it has a nice Ambiance which is best for the romantic evening or a family dinner ( can’t say about summer afternoons) they do have shade, small inside and Open air seating with mist fan all over which is a good part. also location is in the middle of the town with posh locality so easy to reach. We ordered paneer tikka which is average in taste and comes with the bowl full of green chutney. Booze and food is expensive, menu contain very fancy names of dishes which is good. In pricing a simple veg pakoda cost about ₹300 plus taxes. And a screwdriver cost about 400 plus taxes.
