Domino's Pizza | Bhoiwada, Kalyan — Restaurant in Kalyan-Dombivli

My recent visit to Domino's Pizza was extremely disappointing. I had opted for a pickup order last week, but when I opened the pizza, I was shocked to find that the base was raw. It was such a letdown, especially when you expect a quality meal from a popular chain. This was a clear sign of poor attention to detail in food preparation.

The store itself was equally disappointing. The washroom facilities were in terrible condition—pathetic and unclean, which made the entire experience even worse. On top of that, there was no basic facility of drinking water available for customers. I had to ask for a cup of water, and the order-taking boy gave it to me with little regard for customer service. It’s a basic expectation to have clean water and a functioning washroom in a food outlet, yet neither was met.

The overall cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired. It seems like Domino's Kalyan is neglecting basic customer needs and hygiene, which is unacceptable for a brand of its stature. This experience has definitely made me rethink visiting this particular outlet again. I hope they make improvements in cleanliness, customer service, and food quality. I had been visiting domino outlet located at kalyan west near d mart, a regular customer and usually order above 1000, last night dated 15/10/22 I order a chicken fiesta large pizza, lady on the accounter say that ketchup is chargeable, I say that I am regular customer and every time I order pizza online they don't charge for ketchup, so she argu I ask her for company Price policy so she say we don't provide ketchup for free it will be chargeable, I know it cost just 1/- but for other customers she is giving the ketchup with any arguments, so I want to know if ketchup is chargeable the pls mention it ,and why is so discrimination even idli person given chutney free, for extra chutney he charge extra, but for pizza worth 1000 /- no ketchup, limited oregano chilly flask

Disappointed with Kalyan Domino’s Outlet – Declining Quality

I’ve been ordering from Domino’s since 2018 and used to love it. Back then, the quality was so much better — fresh veggies, proper cheese burst, good pizza dough, sturdy boxes, and plenty of tissues and sachets.

But now, especially from the Kalyan Domino’s centre, it’s just getting worse. I ordered 3 pizzas recently and was really disappointed: • Boxes were already opened when delivered • Hardly any cheese burst, even though I paid extra for it • Veggies weren’t fresh at all • No tissues, barely any sachets • Overall, the pizza didn’t feel worth the price I paid

What’s the point of paying extra if the quality keeps dropping? It’s frustrating that even after so many negative reviews, this outlet hasn’t improved at all. Please take customer feedback seriously and bring back the standards you were once known for. So...
