Frozen Bottle - Milkshakes, Desserts, and Ice Cream — Restaurant in Kalyan-Dombivli

I recently visited the Frozen Bottle ice cream shop and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The service was absolutely appalling—I was served in a cheap, rubbish bowl instead of the standard Frozen Bottle jar that is advertised.

To add to the frustration, all the ice cream flavors tasted exactly the same. The AC wasn't working, there were ants crawling everywhere, and the smell inside was unbearable.

But what topped it all was the attitude of the boy serving us. He had a terrible demeanor, was extremely rude, and didn't seem to care about providing decent service. He didn't even bother to give a proper bill receipt; instead, he took a photo of it on his phone and showed us. This is unacceptable and shows very low standards of service. I would have literally slapped that boy the way he was talking.

I strongly urge Frozen Bottle to take action on such matters, or they will lose customers rapidly. The entire experience was so disappointing that I almost regretted visiting. I suggest avoiding this particular Frozen Bottle location until they improve their service quality significantly.

We went to this place yesterday and it was easily the worst experience I've ever had in a desert place. No cleanliness,ants everywhere , the above floor was entirely closed as the air conditioners were not working, there were just 4,5 chairs below for sitting, all the different desert orders had the same taste, ig same flavour was used in all of them . The KitKat Oreo milkshake did not contain pieces of KitKat and Oreo ,no toppings in any of the orders .... Where have you seen that !! The order is given in the photos below. We went there due to its brand name. It's a very unhygienic place. The glass door was dirty as if it was cleaned with dirty cloth. Floors looked like it wasn't cleaned for months. There were so many insects flying in the store. The upper deck of this place was somehow decent to seat without insects flying around you but the tables were dirty. The tables were kept as it is with spots of icecreams. There was only one person to take order and to make that order and probably to clean that place as well.
