Monginis Cake Shop — Restaurant in Kalyan-Dombivli

I have placed a order online cake for birthday party, delivery time mentioned between 2 to 3pm. We have wait 30min we didnt received a cake than we have called one of lady as picked up call when ask were is the cake she replied we dont have any one to delivere u right now we will deliver till 6pm. I have told birthday party is 3pm what we should do 6pm she cut the phone. Again i have called she didnt pick my but i try to call again and again she pickup finally call she told will arrange i told what time she will delivere but she not telling time she again cut the phone. I have again call now shop owner as picked up call he also sopke very rudely i have mentioned on call that i will give review as well i will.make a video post on every social media and he reply jo ukhaar na ukhaar lena.

I am really surprise monginis can speak like this.

I have learn never buy online specially in india bcoz once u pay u are handicaped.

Than seller is big boss than he will not respect u or your emotion. Bcoz u got money now u cant do any thing.

Always buy things online from trusted like amazon.

I had visited the shop and ordered a cake last week and it was promised to be delivered on time. Delivery time was 7pm and cake was delivered at 9pm. All the guests had to wait for so long which was really bad. My call was answered only once at 7.30 and after repetitive calling no body answered my phone call and later on phone was even switched off. We bought a blue rainbow cake, but the sponge was stale and not edible at all. When we went back to the shop and asked them to taste it properly, they took a bite smaller than a pea and still refused to acknowledge the issue.

The staff was extremely rude and had no sense of how to talk to customers. When I asked for a complaint book, they denied keeping one and instead gave a so-called “return book.” While I was writing in it, the girl at the counter even snatched it away.
