Ordered 2 pizzas and other stuff. Everything was fine except for 1 pizza.

One of the 2 pizza was SURELY STALE. SO DRY AND TOUGH TO BITE. LOOKED LIKE IT WAS MADE IN THE MORNING AND DELIVERED AT 4.30PM. The pizza base was the problem I think.

Not a good practice by such an old shop. This is not the way of consuming your wastage by delivering it to customers...

For example, you told them you want a cheese sandwich. But the cheese sandwich includes sandwich but does not include cheese. Then if you complain to the owner, they don't listen. But after a while they say it's okay. I will return the money for the cheese, so I want to tell them that my food is spoiled. According to me, they should improve this behavior.
