The Leisure House — Restaurant in undefined

Situated in the old flames building, it has 3 floors. The ground floor has the Cafe, the middle one has the restaurant and the third floor has a banquet hall. I went to the cafe and I must say the interiors are innovatively done. All around the place you will find framed classic hollywood film posters and portraits of controversial personalities along with some vintage knick - knacks. I also loved the food here, especially the Quesadillas, they were really mind blowing 💕🤤 The rates are just like other cafes of the same stature and the service...

Ambience is fine ,food quality and quantity is also perfect but the service of the staff is just worst. Food is placed before without bowls, cutlery and glasses and also time taken to bring breads is average 20 minutes. The taste of food just vanishes when you have such 3rd quality services, everytime we have to wait for 15-20 min for breads. Rest everything is fine especially the quantity of food is just awesome. But the sheesha was not up to the mark it also need to be checked.

Overall moderate experience nothing much fancy...

Financial fraud. No printed bill, despite charging GST.

This restaurant didn't gave proper printed bill after we had our lunch on 15th October, despite charging GST. I asked them multiple times for more than a month asking for a proper receipt. They kept giving different excuses that their printer is not working for more than a month and they don't give printed receipt. It's hard to understand how they are running a restaurant businesss charging GST from customers....
