Avoid at All Costs – Absolutely Dismal Experience

This swimming pool club is a complete disaster and easily the worst I’ve ever been to. The management is not just incompetent—they’re shamelessly unprofessional. They act all sweet and accommodating when it’s time to take your payment, but the moment you raise a concern, you’re met with indifference or outright hostility.

The pool itself is an absolute joke. The underwater lights are essentially useless, and worse, half the pool-side lights are never switched on. This leaves the deeper end in pitch darkness — dangerously unsafe and completely unusable. On top of that, the water is consistently murky and turbid. Even in the areas with light, you can’t actually see much — it’s a serious safety hazard.

The shower area looks clean but is completely non-functional—there’s never any water available. You can forget about rinsing off after your swim.

Even more shocking: There’s no lifeguard in the evenings. So with poor lighting, zero visibility, and no supervision, this place is a tragedy waiting to happen.

And just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, they reduced the allowed pool time to just 45 minutes without informing anyone. No email, no sign, no verbal update—just a silent cut in usage time after full payment had already been made.

To top it all off, the communication around pool timings is an absolute mess. I was told the pool is open from 5 to 9 PM, so I started coming around 7, expecting at least an hour of swim time. Suddenly, the woman in charge starts yelling at me for showing up “too late,” saying she wanted to leave early. No advance notice or clarity—just anger. Then she started calling me to say not to come at all because she didn't feel like staying until closing. Completely outrageous.

Trying to resolve anything is impossible. The staff is apathetic, dismissive, and thoroughly unhelpful. The woman overseeing the pool is especially confrontational—it’s like every conversation is pre-loaded to erupt into a shouting match.

Save yourself the hassle, the money, and the stress. This place fails to meet even the most basic standards of safety, cleanliness, or professional conduct. Go...

नमस्कार दोस्तो , यूनियन क्लब हो या स्टेटस क्लब इनकी शान अंग्रेजो के समय तक ही थी अब तो बस इनका नाम ही क्लब है जो अब बनियो की पार्टी arrange करने के काम आता है , और कानपुर के बनियो की पहेली पसंद का कारण इसकी लोकेशन है जो के शहर के बीचों बीच और बनियो की बस्ती के एकदम पास जहां रात के कितने है बजे हो आप अपने घर आराम से पहुँच सकते है । यह तो रही इस क्लब की किस्मत , अब बात करते है इसके बारे में इसका मैनेजमेंट भी बनियो के हाथ मे ही है तो इसका असर इसकी ब्यबस्था में आपको ढूंढना नही पड़ेगा खुद उच्छल उछल के आपको बताएगा । रेस्ट रूम सिर्फ मेंबर के लिए , अच्छा बाथरूम सिर्फ मेंबर के लिए , स्टाफ का बेहवीयर और उसका टेम्पर सिर्फ आपके ऊपर निर्धारित है कि आप किसी मेंबर को जानते तो नही , बाकी पार्टी अटेंड करने बाले या फर पार्टी ऑर्गनाइज करने बालो के लिए इनका आहेशन है ना जो शायद में तो कभी नही उतार पाऊंगा । इस लिए में हाथ जोड़ कर क्लब और मेंबर को उनकी ब्यबस्था के लिए शुक्रिया करता हु । और आप लोगो से भी यही बिनती करता हु के आप लोग भी कभी कानपुर आये या फर कभी यहां आने का सौभाग्य आपको प्राप्त हो तो रेटिंग देने में कोई कसर मत छोड़िएगा ।आपसे गुज़ारिश इसलिए कर रहा हु क्योंकि हु तो मैं भी बनिया ही 😂😂😂 ।।धन्यवाद।। jai...
